About the Region
Where Jimma comes from
Jimma is a city and coffee-growing area in the Oromia region of southwestern Ethiopia. The forests of this part of the country are widely regarded as the birthplace of Arabica coffee.
It is one of Ethiopia's largest coffee-producing areas. Much of its coffee has traditionally been sun-dried (natural), with washed coffees also produced.
Our Jimma is roasted and packed by Habesha Coffee in Ethiopia and supplied as roasted beans or ground to order.
